We provide a 6-12 months warranty for all drone lithium batteries, covering manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modification).

During the warranty period, contact customer service to report the issue and provide:

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

If the product out of commission within 3 months, please return it to us, we will repair it; if we can’t repair it successfully, we will replace a new one; Man-made damage, improper operation and force majeure will be excepted. And you will pay the shipping cost of returning to us, we will shipping to you for free.
