1.Shipping Information

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our independent website, covering drone LiPo batteries, smart chargers, and related accessories

2.Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide, with key coverage including:

North America: United States, Canada

Europe: Major European countries (e.g., Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy)

Asia: Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.

Other regions: Please check the shipping options at checkout for availability.

Due to strict regulations on LiPo battery transportation, we cannot ship to the following regions or countries:

Regions with legal restrictions on the import of LiPo batteries (e.g., certain countries with strict aviation or safety regulations).

Areas with unstable logistics or geopolitical issues that may affect delivery safety.

3.Order Processing Time

All items are shipped from our Shenzhen, China warehouse.

Regular Orders: Most in-stock items will be processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the logistics provider.

Out-of-Stock Items: For products marked as “”Out of Stock”” or with limited stock, processing time may be extended to 10-20 business days. We will notify you via email once the item is back in stock and processing begins.

Customized Products: Semi solid state batteries or special specification batteries requiring customization will be processed according to the agreed timeline, which will be communicated to you separately before order confirmation.

4.Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable logistics providers to offer flexible shipping options:

Orders ship out via DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, UPS etc.

Carrier Updates: We reserve the right to switch or update carriers at any time without prior notice.

Due to the products special, We will choose the safe and cheapest way for you to reduce your cost. Economic shipping way: by sea, by air transport (DDU/DDP), and delivery times are entirely up to the discretion of the courier.

5.Shipping Fees

Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping fees are determined based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

The exact fee will be negotiated and calculated at checkout before payment.

6.Delivery Issues

Normal Arrival: Most orders arrive on time. However, delays can occur due to weather, peak seasons, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors.

No Guaranteed Dates: All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
