Our After-Sales Policy ensures a seamless and transparent process for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the details below for a comprehensive understanding.
1. General Refund Policy
Full refund before shipment: If you request a refund before your order is shipped or if the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund within 7 business days of receiving your refund application. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Return Period: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition: Only products in new and unused condition qualify for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges: Available for eligible products within the return period.
Limitations after shipment: Once the product is shipped, refunds or returns are subject to the conditions specified in the “”Return Policy”” section below, except for cases involving product quality issues, damage, or defects.
2. General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product was purchased directly from our official website (www.cebatteryshop.com).
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels).
Unless the item is damaged or defective as a result of manufacturer’s defect, customers will have to bear the shipping costs for the return.
Please check the product Specifications before placing the order. Once the product is shipped, in most cases, we do not support refunds and returns.
You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by contacting our customer service in advance (returns without an RMA Number will not be processed).
3. Damaged Package Claims
If your package is damaged during transit:
Please keep all original packaging (box, padding, etc.) and the damaged product. Do not discard any items, as they are required for verification.
Inspect & Photograph
1.If your package arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or contact the carrier before opening.
2.Take clear photos of the packaging from multiple angles to document any damage.
Check Contents
1.Once opened, inspect all items for damage or missing parts.
2.Take photos to provide evidence of any issues.

We’ll work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Carrier Claims: You may need to file a formal damage claim with the carrier. We will help facilitate communication with the carrier to ensure a prompt resolution.
Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods as the carrier may wish to inspect the consignment before processing the claim. Please do not return ‘damaged in transit’ merchandise yourself.
After verification, we will either issue a full refund, send a replacement product, or arrange for the damaged item to be returned for inspection (we will cover the return shipping cost in this case).
4. Lost Package Claims
If your package is lost, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the shipping date.
We will work with the logistics provider to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include reshipping or refunding the order (depending on the situation).
If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping timeframe:
Contact our customer service to report the lost package. We will assist in tracking the shipment with the courier.
If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement product free of charge or issue a full refund via your original payment method.
5. Order Changes/Cancellations
Before shipment: You may request changes (e.g., product model, quantity) or cancellations by contacting customer service. No fees will apply.
After shipment: Changes or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Wrong address: If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will not issue a refund. You may choose to have the package reshipped at your own expense.
6. Return Process

Complete return materials: Download and fill out the return form (provided by customer service) and include a printed copy in your return package. Clearly mark the RMA Number on the outer packaging.
Ship the return:
Pack the product securely using the padded packaging ( to avoid causing further damage during transit).
Ship the package to the address provided by customer service and provide us with the tracking number via email.
Verification and processing: Once our warehouse receives and verifies the return (typically within 5-14 business days), we will process your refund (via the original payment method) or send a replacement product.
7. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Products returned without prior approval (no RMA Number).
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to improper use (e.g., overcharging, physical impact, or use with incompatible devices).
Returns initiated after the 30-day window from delivery.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories/manuals.
